He will be the first officer to be court martial for refusing to go into Iraq. Personally I don't think they should, I failed to see what he did so terrible. He is only doing what he feels he swore to do, which is defend this country and our constitution.

"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." He took the oath. Now it's his job to shut up, man up and do his job! He's in the Army, not the Peace Corps.

I am not trying to troll or debate. Just want to know what the opinion of the military crew is on this guy being court martial.

for reals. Ranger should ban this guy. The rules are pretty clear for the barracks.

I am not breaking any of the rules. This isn't trolling or debate. I am just asking for opinions, on what he did and the army respose.
