Is eating pho bad if you're trying to cut down to 10% BF or maintaining sub 10%? Should it be eaten only on cheat days?

    Same question, different food.

Peanut Butter sandwiches (with bread). Is this amount of carbs on a daily basis (2 PB sandwiches for lunche everyday) going to impede getting down to 9-10%

Depends on the place you go to but mostly you are consuming mostly carbs (rice noodles).

Generally for most people a calorie dense lunch full of carbs and fat will impede getting to 9-10%. so yes.

Fuck. So then cut out the bread, eat 2-3 spoons of PB and a can of tuna, amirite?

(note: even with the 2 sandwiches with bread, i'm still maintaining a caloric deficit every day)

edit: not arguing a point, but asking questions for clarification. I don't want to be the newb on here asking questions then refuting the feedback given.

Sometimes when I order pho, I just ask to put more meat and tripe and hold the noodles.

Suppose my Pho place lets you substitute egg noodles for the normal rice moodles. Is that any better?
