Yea so there's these guys doing DL the other day and by looking at their form, it was massively different from mine. A couple things to note though: 1) They were wearing belts, I don't wear a belt 2) They were DLing 375 x6, I only do 225 on my last set (x4-6) Are they right? It just seems to me that they could hurt their back doing this actually, he gets straight up too, so NM the fact that his legs are a little bent. The point is that he is bending the fuck over so his back is parallel with the ground..... Am I right? Wrong? Retarded?
