This is my first time cutting...just wanted to see if I'm on the right track. -1800-2000 calories per day -200-215g protein -145-160g carbs -40-45g fat 4/17/06 6'3" 216lb ~18-19% BF Squat - 3x195 Deadlift - 5x275 DB Bench - 5x85 5/17/06 204lb (-12lb)...not sure about my BF%, but I know its lower. I'm going to post my numbers from 5/10/06 because my numbers from today are lies. For the past week, I have been getting only 4 hours of sleep a night and my eating habits have been all over because my dad has been in the hospital. Squat - 4x185 (I was up to 5x205 midway through my cut) Deadlift (today) - 4x275 DB Bench - 4x85 I've lost a little off my squat and my deadlift and bench are pretty much the same. I can't wait until I clean bulk...it'll feel good to make gains every week again. I'm going to cut for another 8 weeks at max, then clean bulk for ~3 months. My goal is to get down to about 9% BF at ~190lb after my cut is over, then clean bulk to 205lb ~8% bf. How am I doing?
