just feels like they contradict themselves every couple of issues. Your thoughts?
all magazines are recycled bullshit.
I got a free subscription to Men's Health, and normally the only things I read are famous peoples routines they put in, and what to eat, what not to eat on the go things. Where its nutritional facts on like fast food. It seems the rest of the magazine is always how to get that six pack in 10 minutes a day, or how to get get a better hard on.
Filmy, good to see ya. I hope we get some NHL next year.
add 2 inches on your biceps with this mindblowing arm routine.
then you turn to the section at they give you a different name for something like "super ultra blaster curls"
well hell no wonder I wasn't gaining on my arms, I wasn't doing super ultra blaster curls. I do 4 sets of 12
Then move to the "mega-mind blowing dumbbell curls" 3 sets of 10
