Moving into an apartment with my gf. We both like very modern style, and have pretty much agreed on black/silver colors with some wood (her old furniture).

We have a kitchen set (wood) and I need to buy a bedroom set and a family/entertainment room set.

    It's an 800sq ft apt

well first off, buying sets of anything is a mistake IMO, unless you wanna look like you're moving into a shitty hotel :o

Bo Concept is nice, but if you're renting an 800sq-ft place, it's probably not the best choice.

Learn to love Ikea, CB2 and West Elm :o

Thanks for mentioning those two other places. I'm digging some of the stuff from CB2.

Ikea stuff is a mixed bag... About half of it is low-quality shit, and the other half is good stuff @ a good deal. My $.02... Go to the store (take a benzo before you go, and grab a map when you first walk in). Stand on whatever you're thinking about buying (they won't mind). Would you stand on it 5 years from now? Yes = buy. No = don't buy. Simple!
