I heard milk makes it take longer to absorb or whatever, it this shit true? My ass is trying to bulk a little, so I kind of want to use milk instead of water.

Someone break the myth for me

the milk will slow the absorption of the whey so some people avoid using it in post-workout shakes, but the difference will likely be negligible overall so you can do it either way

tastes better with milk, less cals with water so I do that instead, guess it just depends on how it fits into your diet. I have no fucking idea about absorption or anything like that, never even heard that before :dunno:

I use milk in every protein shake except the post-workout shake after a late night session.

For my breakfast, I'll use ATW mixed with skim milk. PWO, I use ON mixed with water.

skim milk won't affect absorption because of the lack of fat

    Ahaha squats n water.

It really depends on your goals. If you can use the extra cals and carbs in your diet then milk it up. Some stuff tastes like shit with water ... When I was trying to get bigger and stronger I was using whole milk all of mine.
