Is it true that if you dont use it... you lose it?

    basically i need to cut, ive been lifting for awhile, but anyway, when i cut, i find myself tired after doing 45 minutes of cardio and i find myself having no energy to lift, or vice versa...

    Im no expert, but iv read that you should continue to lift while cutting, to try to retain strength.

    Also dude, 45 minutes of cardio is quite a long time. I know when i used to go running i'd be fucked after 30 minutes of intense running, but i'd been training for 8 months or so.

    fit lifting in at different times, don't do 7 days a week of cardio and your problems are solved.

    This is true...you should cardio about 30 minutes 3 times a week (M,W,F), and lift the other 2-3 days (T,Thur, Sat).

    its been shown that weight lifting on a calorie reduced diet is the best way to retain muscle.

    do your cardio on off days, after weights, and/or try HIIT (high intensity interval training)
