I've been told by a few fitness guru's that if I ate healthy and did as many pushups, situps, heaves (as in reverse chin ups) and running as far as I could every second day, within 3 months I would become very toned and muscular. As its effective enough to target all the major muscle groups in my whole body. These are just basic exercises that can be done without any equipment or great difficulty. Does anybody know any other standard stuff I could use to try and work all my muscle groups? Does anybody on here (broly crew) know if this is true?
