I've been trying to stick to my diet now but I'm finding it difficult since I've run out of food/time due to exams. I have Ergopharm mass meal and think it's delicious. The bottle makes it seem as though it's healthy too. If I were to take 2-3 of these shakes per day, in 1% milk (48oz milk for 3 shakes) and then some chicken/tuna and random things post workout would I still be healthy? Just wondering if the carbs/protein/fats in the protein blend is the same as blending up oats/pb/blueberries etc.
