I've been trying to stick to my diet now but I'm finding it difficult since I've run out of food/time due to exams. I have Ergopharm mass meal and think it's delicious. The bottle makes it seem as though it's healthy too. If I were to take 2-3 of these shakes per day, in 1% milk (48oz milk for 3 shakes) and then some chicken/tuna and random things post workout would I still be healthy?

Just wondering if the carbs/protein/fats in the protein blend is the same as blending up oats/pb/blueberries etc.

I feel pretty shitty getting lots of my cals from shakes and such, at least powdered ones. It also seems to be *awful* for your digestive tract and all, it made me shit constantly, and gave me 24/7 mud butt and awful gas. Lately, I've been making my own shakes with oats, PB, cottage cheese, whatever fruit is around, and a scoop of protien, and its working great.

I've only been up to 2 a day for a few days, but my digestive track has been fine. I'm just wondering if the calories are really any different from just manually blending those things up and chugging it. In a few weeks I'll have some more time to eat thankfully.

I think the only downside, at least for me, is that when taking it lots of liquid calories, I get extremely bloated

just make sure you're getting various other nutrients.

btw i remember hearing about some college student getting scurvy because all he ate was ramen or something. the doctor was shocked and said if all he ate were 5 skittles a day he wouldn't have gotten scurvy :mamoru:

all liquid and all protein shakes are 2 different things. If he uses mass meal, he's getting a protein source, a fat source, and a carb source in each shake.

remember to supplement some EFA as well.

If I take 3 servings a day (6 scoops) should I stop taking a multivitamin?

Should I be supplementing anything with these shakes at all? Here's my diet from today:

    1amp
    3heat
    1multivitamin
6 scoops banana mass meal (best tasting/mixing MRP/protein EVER!) (in 48oz of milk, 3 seperate shakes)
    125g chicken
    slice of skim cheddar cheese
    1 scoop of i-pro

    Cals 1875 FAT 56 CARB 151 PROTEIN 199

    Non-workout day
