Like the dirt cheap PS or PS2 cards from Madkatz? Any that are better than others?

Nope. My friend bought one and it doesn't even get picked up by his PS2.

I'm guessing your friend is a tool. The only problem I have with my MadCatz one is that my friend kinda broke the outside case but it still works fine. Never has failed me.

I've had no problems w/ my MadCatz. However I know of other memory cards that have big time issues.

If you are going to by a third party card stick w/ MadCatz. They are about $10 less expensive than the official Sony ones.
