for someone whos 140 to bench 330 pounds. some guy on another forum sayin he can do that. and theres like 6-7 of us saying he cant and we all seem to kno what we are talking about. and he just says he loves working out that much.

he wouldnt be able to bench 330 pounds unless he was cut to hell and was previously like 160+ and cut alot ofweight and is just ripped to shit right? said he maxxed at 330

i would say its possible, how old and height?

and wannabebigforums is the biggest bs forum that i visited. i browse there few times and been checking out that 17 and below thread where bunch of young teenagers are hitting bs numbers. hence the forum name and the fact that majority of the members there are kids...

there is a guy that works out at the rec here at A&M that is 150 tops and does 350 for more than a couple reps. Its fuckin sick watchin him do it, he doesnt even warm up. I can tell hes been lifting for a long time, but hes not even really that big (obvious cuz hes < 150)

it really is, I could hardly believe it first time I saw him throw that weight up. Me and my buddy saw him load the weight and got concerned, thinking he was about to hurt himself. Then the guy threw it up a few times!

Preemo benches 325 @ 150. UncleJohn benched [email protected] It is quite possible. There is a good possibility that it is internet bragging, but not unrealistic.

just because they say they can do it doesn't mean they can, but just because it's unrealistic doesn't mean it's impossible.

 I don't get it though. How did they know exactly where you were going? And why didn't you just show the cops your regular ID (assuming there wasn't anyone there that recognized you from the gym)?

I wouldn't doubt it. He is 4-5 inches shorter than me, twice as thick, and has alot of experience on me.

this guy i met bragged about his 315 lbs bench and he was tiny. I caught him at the school gym and saw him benching 225 but was only going halfway down, and was struggling :ugh:

It is def. possible. I put up 405 @ ~195lbs. I am now at about 210 and hoping to reach 420 (if my wrists can handle it)

But in closer reference to the guy you are talking about, there was an older guy at a gym I used to go to (probably in his mid 30's) and he would do 3 reps with 335 and weighed only 160lbs. He was really cut and pretty solid, but would be lucky to be called 5' 5". I never actually saw him max-out his bench, but he said he did 380 @ 158lbs and believe it.

My uncle who used to do bench competitions and body building has quite a few trophies in his weight room. One of them is for first place for getting 345lbs and weighing in at 150lbs.

So yeah, its is possible.. but then again, this is the internet and there is a really good chance he is full of it.

there could be lots of reasons for that.

I put up over 400lbs on bench, but after my bench day when I am warming down and dead tired I stuggle with 250lbs on the bar. Granted, he could still be full of crap, but do not necessarily judge people by what you see them put up when you walk by. If was at the end of his sets and just trying to warm down or burn out 225lbs can be a hell of a lot!
