My inner pecs suck. Is that just genetics?
the inner/upper part usually fills out last.. You can hit different ANGLES, but you cant specificly target certain area's.
Cable flys with an emphasis on a good strong contraction seems to hit my inner pecs fairly well.
Other than that, Incline Bench work for upper pecs and Decline for lower.

only the lower corners, though.
like south east corner and south west corner. you have to do close grip supinated weighted dips to isolate that.

Do DB Benchpress except with palms facing eachother this is a great excersize but its really easy to cheat. Make sure that you are keeping your elbows all the way in on the press and at the top you want to bring them together. Your midchest should be pumped.
i thought there was only upper and lower chest?
