Is it possible to have paint that appears both silver and black

    kinda like those color shifting paints you see, but not tacky and guady, just simple silver to black

    Iv'e got a belt buckle that is black chrome plated. Not sure if it's possible to do to an entire car, but that would be the way to go. My camera can't do the color justice, but it's definately black and chrome at the same time.

    Hyperblack. Many wheel companies now off this color. . . although it's more "chromy" than sliver . . . it's a darker color, anyway. If you're in the market for an entire paint job and you've got the money to burn for a good one, I'd try it. :big grin:

    I suppose if you got enough metal flake in a black paint job, it might appear to be silver in certain light.
    Obviously it would have to be a silver colored metal.
