Not totally but just eat super lean.. like veggies and low amounts of carbs and of course lots of protein rich food/shakes.. and still gain muscle? I know fat turns into muscle but can this be done? I am discipline enough but want to take the right course...

even though i'm skinny as hell 5'11 156lbsish... i lost dramatic weight was 220lbs... and had no muscle to back it up... i believe i retain significant amounts of fat around my stomach.. whenever i bend over my flab from stomach flaps over my belt loop.. other areas are toned and "muscular"....

please don't flame me to hard :wiggle::bigthumb::bigthumb::bigthumb::bigthumb::bigthumb:

Fat doesn't turn into muscle just like a pile of dogshit isn't going to turn into an ice cream cone.

20-25% of your diet should be fat. your body needs it for a number of things

In your situation you're better off with more fat and less carbs. You need better timing of your carbs. Check out the Anafit Diet on the AFBoard.com
I sell supplements to make your goal happen faster but you can to do it with diet if it's the right one for your body fat pattern. Yours is too much insulin and your enemy is carbs as the wrong time.
