I mean obviously its never good, but will it seriously fuck with the recovery process or anything?
I only have 1 or 2 a day and I like to have one right after my workout + shake
suck it up and quit if you're down to 2 a day
I can't sleep at night if I don't have any. I know that would go away eventually, but right now I can't afford to miss any sleep. Though I suppose I could get a sleep aid to deal with that..

As far as missing sleep - will your schedule ever get to the point that you can afford to miss sleep? Buckle down and just do it.

Just quit. Its easy if you actually want to. 99% of the people who claim they want to quit are only saying it to appease those around them. I quit and it really wasn't hard.
