im not a morning person at all :o, and during the week when i have work, by the time i wake up and get ready i hardly have anytime to prepare anything..

so ive been thinking maybe i should replace breakfast with a shake..

i know people say 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day and yadda yadda.." :greddy: so i jus wanna know if i should actually make the effort to make a good breakfast or i can just make a quick shake on my way out :hsd:

That shake sounds fine for breakfast. Actually it sounds better than my usual breakfast.

Oats + Whey + Milk, and you're good to go

through in whatever else you want, but just make sure to incorporate those 3

Absolutely. I think a lot of us here have similar breakfast shakes.

I do that sometimes and like it.

I didn't think I'd be able to drink the egg, and never could drink egg whites out of a carton or something, but when I tried it in a shake because it's such a small % of the shake it's a barely noticeable difference. It makes it a little thicker and tastier then using an equiv scoop of whey or something instead of the eggs.
