enjoy manga more than anime :sadwavey: ? Maybe its because the art is amazing usually, theres rarely any filler, and nothing is ever edited or deleted to appeal to a mass audience. Does anyone else feel the same? i.e. Tenjou Tenge/Airgear are WAY better in manga. i admit there are some exceptions though, bebop champloo and the like but its rare for me. convice is what id like to say at least.

I can't really feel anything for the characters without voices and can't really feel emotion without good music. Animation is also nicer than static pictures for me.

true, i guess its because I love to draw and adore artwork but for me all i do is put on some good music, get somethin to eat and read away. Im always facinated by how artists must work with such contraints as a static picture but are able to convey such movement but it all comes down to I also like to draw :hsughno:

i prefer anime, things like fight scenes flow much better and I don't have to guess at the frame sequence. I don't mind reading the occasional manga, but it's not something I really search for.

yea i honestly cant read an action based anime in manga form, because action implies a lot of movement, and there is no fucking way i can get into it unless its moving. i could never imagine reading ippo or a gundam manga

I think manga can still imply movement. when i get home i should upload an image that could show it. Yeah ippo anime is damn good but the manga is still pretty amazing, after volume 74 or sumthin like that the drawings are still great and the fight scenes are crazy, especially sice the anime ends at like volume 20 or sumthing. all i can say is that ippo and takamura are gods haha

Manga and anime both have their strong points, as has already been said. I prefer to watch the anime and read the manga as a supplement for plot and art.

I know what you mean, I'm into anime mostly just for the art, I'm really picky about which shows I like
