So my gym membership ran out 2 months ago and I'm pretty broke for awhile with all these expenses (credit card, car, loan) so basically I've been doing home gym for the past couple of months just with dumbells and barbells and my weider bench. I got all the routine exercises for each muscle group off this site: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html I have noticed an improvement but its not very big but I guess its only the start but in all my muscle and fitness mags they all concentrate on free weights so I guess gym is not really that important. All the important exercises I can do at home with my weights like deadlift, upright/seated/bentover rows, benchpress, squats, curls, you name it. The upside is I can train everyday and not have to pay a cent. Is there anything I need the gym for then?
