    Can anyone shed some light?

also along those lines is wrist curling worth it? I don't deadlift anymore (which I recall developed the forearms more than other movements which did not target them specifically).

    thanks in advance.

When I worked out for a bit a few years ago, I used to do both on the same day. Didn't notice anything really bad, both my bicep and forearm kept getting progressively bigger and I felt an increase in strengh in both areas.

I do wrist curls, and it is helping. I do them the same day I do biceps.
