Is it better to excercise before or after work?

    Im an excercise/gym noob

    My schedule is 2:30 pm- 11 pm
    So i have plenty of time before work i have a desk job so will working out before work leave me drained of energy early or give me more energy throughout the day?

    workout before, you dont need alot of energy to sit at a desk

    mental energy i work at a call center taking nonstop stressfull calls.

    AFTER
    Even thoyugh i was beat from 11 hour days, I had some damn good workouts after work.

    Workout whenever you have the most intensity. If it were me, I would probably wake up at 11, grab some food, go workout, grab a little more food, and head to work.

    Since i usually dont have to work till 1 or 2. I eat go to gym, down a shake and bring food with me to work. I can't stand on my feet for 9 hours a day helping people and then have intensity at the gym.

    i do any exercising before work or school or whatever because then i am relatively calm for the rest of the day
