    you're going to die.

seriously... your body needs more than 300 calories a day to maintain itself.

Not only that, but you're not burning 1000 calories in the gym.

    On the road. Again.
If you are burning 1,000 calories a day in the gym, you are doing something terribly wrong.

Studies have shown that your nervous system alone burns upwards of 500 calories a day, just from firing of neurons. Then you have muscle, digestive, endocrine, etc.

You are going to look like skeletor. Eat more.

Eating like that and burning those calories will result in a few things:

    1) Rapidly losing weight in a manner that hurts your body and could potentially develop serious health problems. Hypoglycemia for one, as someone said above.

    2) Drop all muscle mass on your body, rapid storage of fat cells, your body fearing starvation.

    3) $50 says when you stop this insane diet, you'll blow up like the state puff marshmellow man.

Lifestyle change, eating clean and working out in a normal manner = healthy you

Drastic diets without common sense or regard for your body = You'll be fatter in 9 months than when you started this.

    Good God man.

Just eat a balanced diet with more calories, low carbs, good fats, and high protein.

You're going to kill yourself working out on 1,300 cals a day.
