Is it bad to eat raw or undercooked pasta?

    no. i don't enjoy it much, but i know someone who snacks on it raw all the time

    cooked pasta = raw pasta + water. I dont see what the problem would be exept maybe it could give you many micro cuts in your throat if goes down sharp that could get infected :dunno:

    why would you be eating uncooked pasta.

    It tastes good and its an easy way to get some extra calories in. Recently though I put a lot of pasta in boiling water for 30 seconds, just to make it a little softer than raw, and after I ate it all I felt kinda weird. I got a headache and had a hard time sleeping.

    seriously though, maybe your ehydrated? maybe the pasta is soaking up some of the water you drink :dunno:

    Were you high when you did this? That sounds similar to trying to make a grilled cheese in the pop-up toaster. :mamoru:

    Why don't you just boil a bunch, cool it, oil and refridgerate it. And eat cooked pasta for a few days?
