    nt to gain muscle? I'm about 5'10'' 193 lbs but i'm skinny as fuck (you can see my ribs). Is it alright to eat like shit, i'm talking, pizza, asian noodles, asian buffets, chipotle, if i don't care about getting fat because i know i wont. If i'm getting enough calories eating like shit and I work out hard, will i still build muscle even though i'm eating like shit? Or will the eating like shit hold me back from gaining muscle?

    like right now i'm making 2 of those asian ramen packets with 4 eggs thrown in. i know it has a shit load of sodium and it's really not healthy, but i'm getting my protein and calories from it.

    You can't fuel a race car on regular unleaded fuel. You can eat shit after you get your good calories in. Coleman would eat 2 chicken breasts, rice, broccolli and then eat 3-4 slices of pizza.

    stupid thinking, i was like you, and at the end i looked big and bulky with a high blood pressure, high level of cholesterol (high ldl low hdl at that), slower than ever, etc etc, and at the end you weillw ant to cut down, to look like a guy who took a years worth of eating clean, vs 1 year to gain weight then 3 years to burn it off

    coleman probably ate chicken and rice all day then the pizza

    I'm 5'11"

    soooooo, 5'10" 193 is not "skinny as fuck" its not jacked by any means, but not skinny as fuck, thats for sure.

    Clean bulk, you'll gain just as much muscle but much less fat. Unless of course you want to get fat. then eat whatever you want.

    When I was 145lbs and just starting out at 6'0, I was eating everything in sight, just to prove to myself that I COULD gain weight.

    my typical day would be:

    a gallon of milk
    3-4 bread battered chicken breasts
    1 pie of pizza
    a cheesesteak sandwich
    whole italian sub with everything on it
    2-3 n-large 2 shakes with ice cream/whole milk
    10 eggs
    2-3 bowls of pasta with meatsauce.
    pop tarts.
    whoppers.
    burritos.
    etc.

    and i dont regret a minute of it. did i get chubby eventually? sure, a little, but i was 215 lbs naturally after 2 years and its all i ever dreamed of and more.

    holy crap thats pretty much me exactly, couple inches taller but weights and time period the same, as well as the same devouring of everything. I drank lots of chocolate milk

    yup, choco milk was the shit as well, with my breakfast taylor ham, triple egg and cheese sandwiches on bagels before hitting the gym, amazing
