nt to gain muscle? I'm about 5'10'' 193 lbs but i'm skinny as fuck (you can see my ribs). Is it alright to eat like shit, i'm talking, pizza, asian noodles, asian buffets, chipotle, if i don't care about getting fat because i know i wont. If i'm getting enough calories eating like shit and I work out hard, will i still build muscle even though i'm eating like shit? Or will the eating like shit hold me back from gaining muscle?
