ID lube? I don't know what this is...

But the only way to wash lube out of the vagina is to deuche (sp?) and doing that too frequently can cause a yeast infection.

Ahh, thanks. Why would it be bad for vaginal use? It looks pretty similar to the stuff I use.

About 90% of water based lube has glycerin in it.

If you want to avoid it (glycerin) get a silicone based lube.

The gf and I have been using their products (for both vaginal and anal sex) for years now with no problems. We really like the lube they make that tingles.

It usually cleans itself out naturally, but if you have a problem with a lube and it is causing irritation. Yes, you douche. Depends on how sensitive you are.

I think silicone based products are the best ;)

You'll have to use silicone. Silicone lube is the safest there is. Dimethicone, the prime ingredient, also has skin healing properties.
