everything on there does not match lables on the side packing of foods I have. Also, it says that apples and bannanas have 67 calories each? I thought it was much less. Pickles have 0 calories according to the packageing but not on fitday.com :dunno:

when I used it, I typically entered my own values for everything.

took a little while to get everything in, but it was worth it.

i am sure ingredients in food change and they do not constantly update them

i enter custom values for everything, because it is easier to do portions that way
