    awake, cook breakfast, go to work, eat a snack, go to lunch alone, drink my protein shake on the drive home, lift, cook dinner, shower, eat sherbert, go to bed. Every day, exactly the same. Seriously, exactly the same.

    On weekends I blow it out though and roll arround, face down in the gutter v.kimiraikonnen.

    either pineapple or the gay rainbow kind. I eat beef for breakfast every morning, and chicken for dinner every night. I prepare the meals differently though. Kinda sad right?

    mine is the same everyday, wake up, eat, lift, eat, go to work, eat, get home eat, eat and then go to sleep. It goes in that exact order almost every day. Even on weekends.

    Wake up, eat, go to work, eat, lift, eat, come home, eat, masturbate, eat, eat, eat, sleep. Every day.

    well that's how you get the best results. with a routine.

    eat yogurt instead of sherbert once in awhile for some excitement :hs:

    mine varies depending on if I'm dieting or not.

    No diet day.
    Get up
    stop and get coffee
    at work now
    eat lunch around 2 (usually a sandwich with xtra mayo, bacon, chips, and little debbie, with 1 or 2 cokes)
    go half assed lift weights
    drink beer + watch TV + dip
    go to sleep/pass out

    same every day lol

    On diet, training hard
    Get up. Cook breakfast
    drive to work, make coffee there
    eat 10am meal
    eat 12pm meal
    eat 2pm meal
    eat 4pm snack
    Train like a slave
    Post workout shake
    cook dinner
    Play on computer / watch TV to destract myself from alcoholism.
    9:30-10 sleep.

    Pretty much, last 2 weeks

    7:30 wake up, can make it to school on time now but go back to bed
    10:00 wake up, can make it to second period if I rushed but why bother
    11:40 get to school on time for lunch, mcdonalds, ikea or some other fast food
    1:00 get back to school for class, pay attention to lesson then sleep
    2:30 go home, take creatine
    3:15 at gym
    4:10 go home to get ready for work
    5:00 at work
    11:00 go home, stay up for an hour then sleep
