Is eating oatmeal in the morning before a workout good?

    I just want to know is eating oatmeal before my morning workout good enough to get me through. If not what is recomended for a quick breakfast.

    its only good on squat days i heard...

    its got fiber but youre not going to shit yourself.

    Alright, just making sure I'm new at working out everyday, and I dont want to be known as the skid mark or something at my gym.
