I get mine from target and if I ever get a costco card ill get it from there instead. I usually chug mine anyway, so taste doesn't matter too much.

The membership magazine that just showed up at my house made it seem like they just switched brands.

Its not WPI its a "protein blend" Whey and soy are the dominant in the blend. Caesin is in there too IIRC

Check the ingredients since you have some. I was going to get a membership (free one) just to get the protein. But if it has a lot of soy, I won't bother.

If you do a search for "protein" on Costco's website it changes your search to "meat."

The chocolate tastes pretty good and is priced the same as ON whey. But yeah, it is an EAS blend. Ccrooks uses it and says its great though.

depending on the costco that you go to there may be several options, many of them carry EAS. But have never seen anything all that exceptional. Optimum is quite cheap and widely available, and most people would say the flavor options are quite good.

ccrooks and I used their old whey powder. The EAS stuff just appeared and it tastes worse, and has soy in it. I'm about to throw my newly opened bag out. :wtc:

Really? I get mine from a small place called www.1fast400.com

although I'm thinking of switching to http://www.primaforce.com/

    Heard anything about them?

competitively priced store, but not the cheapest.

as far as primaforce they only make an isolate, though its reasonably priced. Flavoring could use some work. VPX Zero CARB is better priced and a better tasting protein.

Optimum is a cheaper isolate/concentrate option with pretty good flavoring.

    if you're cheap: yes

ProRated chocolate protein is $25 for 5lb, mixes well, but it doesn't taste all that great

EAS Vanilla protein has BCAA's and is also $25 for 5lb (last I checked)... Taste is spectacular, but the texture is really really chalky IMO.

    Pick your poison.
