is bodyfat directly related to muscle hardness?

    what makes a muscle hard or soft while flexing? assuming both have been training for quite some time?

    well if you've ever had kobe beef or just about any steak you can see that fat does mix in with muscle

    so i'd assume that having a higher bf % would make your muscles softer.

    I'll add though that I don't think it is... I'm leaner than some of my friends but somewhat 'softer'. Well... I do also cramp almost immediately and pretty easily when trying to flex.

    in relation to bf, is vascularity a direct correlation to bf? i mean, can i see my progress in cutting by looking down at my arms to see how much the veins bulge?

    fruit has calories, so if you ate like 100 apples, ya you could if that was over your maintenance level of cals.

    im pretty sure i eat too much fruit.

    i ate a box of clementines yesterday and 3 grapefruits.

    To clarify for the uninitiated: There is no such thing as burning more calories digesting a food than it provides in the first place. You can get fat off ANY macronutrient if you eat too much of it. Yes, even protein.

    Now go eat an apple and quit worrying.
