their articles are enjoyable to read, but really just boil down to glorified advertisements for overpriced stuff

Guys have gotten way bigger than we ever can hope using just straight whey.
Sure some of this shit has "an effect", but, I think that effect can probably amount to maybe 1-2% of your gains.
If you spent the extra money wasted on the next big supplement and bought a hunk of red meat instead, you will probably be bigger in the long run.

Food, Sex, Weights and Sleep. Thats the ingredients.
Throw some whey/creatine into the mix when you dont get enough of the above.

What does this have to do with Superfood? It's not a mass gaining supplement.

    Why?

I enjoy the articles at the physique clinic is pretty good. I think the trainers definitely know what they're talking about and I've picked up a lot of good tips from there.

The only thing I don't really like is that Biotest is shoved down your throat at every second and lots of the articles basically turn into leg-humping a certain Biotest product. Also, they insist that you use only Biotest when a lot of the products are over-glorified bog-standard supplements. Surge is just maltodextrin, dextrose and whey.. yet here in the UK it costs $80 a tub.. wtf. Metabolic drive is just a protein blend, but again it's fucking expensive.

Also, the people in their forums are even more intolerant than F&N. If you're not over 200lbs you're in Aushwitz and if you're not <10% body fat you are a fat piece of shit. Oh, and if you eat any meal that is not chicken breast with a cup of brocolli (with a side of Biotest) you have no dedication and will fail at everything.

They should make that into a powder and sell it so people can make their own "chicken breast and broccoli shakes" thus completely eliminating the need for solid food. Mmm.
