    Iso-Alpha Acids, Acacia Bark, Heartwood, Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silica, sodium copper chlorophyllin :eek3:

    I've never tried any of his products. He is WAY out there about some things and I totally disagree with him on other things.

    Intraveinous vitamins. Total waste of time and can fuck up your veins like when you're on dialysis.

    my mom does that with vit C. shes been doing it for a while now and it seems to help her with energy and her immune system

    It can be of some benefit short term but it's not something you want to do long term.

    I was under the understanding that if i took if before i ate Pre-WO carbs it would help with energy. Even the site suggests it might be good while low carbing :dunno:

    If you only take carbs in the workout window it's not useful. There are 2 ways of upping glucose uptake : insulin induced (which is what happens usually) or exercise induced. The workout drink/meal uses the exercise induced uptake. If you eat carbs at another time though and you are somewhat insulin resistant, it MIGHT help.
