Heres my predicament: Im gonna be buying a laptop for next fall, and I knowits gonna be an apple. Until recently I was sure I was going to get an ibook, but after comparing specs and prices, I'm not so sure. Heres what I'm deciding between (this includes a student discount) ibook 1.2ghz 768 mb ram 60 gig hd airport extreme bluetooth 32 megs video ram dvd-rom/cd-rw or pbook 1.5 ghz 512 mb ram 60 gig hd airport bluetooth 64 megs video ram dvd-drom/cd-rw the ibook will be 1,200 and the power book will be 1,400 I plan to mostly just word process, listen to email and surf the web. But you never know about the future, and what I might want to do. I'm torn whether the processor upgrade (which seems like the only real difference to me) is worth 200. Are there any other differences between the ibook and the powerbook? Thanks.
