Is a lift and a body lift the same thing?

    well the two types go more like this

    suspension lift- replacing suspension components to raise the vehicle, ie blocks, spirings, spindles, Control arms, torsions, etc, etc

    body lift- placing spacers between the frame and the body mounts to lift the body of the vehicle higher, but not give you any more ground clearance or travel. just help fit bigger tires


    course im a lowrider guy so im probally missing a bunch of stuff

    nailed most of it body lifts are much cheaper since they are bascily longer bolts and bushings suspensiion lift is more suful as in it gives you more clernce and sometimes more travel

    if it was between the two, I would definately go with the suspension lift

    body lift=looks mostly
    suspension lift=actual use
