Is 5x10 overkill?

    Have a power rack, barbell, and weight. No free weights. Trying to come up with exercises for shoulders.

    Was thinking of just standing press and upright row. Doing 5x10.

    I would do 3-4 sets heavy OHP and then 3-4 sets light for more reps OHP. You can also do side/front/rear raises with plates.

    upright rows can be rough on the shoulders.

    True I could try lateral raises with plates.

    Dont mind doing away with the rows at all. I feel the stress and I hate them.
