    Yes.

Drop about 20lbs of that fat you said you were carrying and keep those bench numbers there and it will be much more respectable.

It's easier to lose fat than it is to gain muscle.

A raw 315 bench is a good milestone for most people. I'd consider it an "entry level" bench press for when you start playing with the big weights.

But yeah most people in a given gym can't do it so its pretty respectable for the average guy.

if you can press 315 you should be able to do more than 5 reps with 225, these numbers don't make sense.

that was his warm up. you dont really want to go to failure with 225 when going for a higher 1 rep max.

When you consider than probably 99% of the world's population can't bench 315, then yeah....its pretty damn good.

my best right now is 255... wonder if I can hit 295 by end of july or so :o

beat this "before" frame ;) 5'11 and like ~135 or something. I still had 32" waist at that size :wtc: no fat at all just huge hip area

it's not really a cop out... just what i've seen over the years... smaller frame vs. larger frame lifting the same amount of time etc. is stronger... i don't really back off to larger framed ppl... back in the days, my master paired me up with the biggest guy in the place and put me through hell like that... haha...

i used to be "skinny" photo cop out :o

anyways, how long have you been working out? 255 to 295 is quite a jump since there's 6 weeks left to end of july... good luck tho... hope you get it up

i just posted the pic to show how small my actual "frame" is... if you look at my wrists etc. anyone can be skinny :o

I started getting into it when I first found OT F&N... did well for a bit and got up to like 185 max bench, 315 deadlift, 175 squat or so... and then pretty much stopped for 2 years. started again for 1 month at one point and then stopped :o

now i've been consistent since mid april :mamoru: i'm probably need to semi cut for another 6 months and hopefully continue to get stronger. i'm hoping to PR @ 265 this week maybe.
