i can find .22lr, 9mm, 40s&w pretty easily. STill can't find .38spl .45acp or .357 or .44 very well though, but every once in awhile walmart will have some laying around but rarely.

prices will always suck for now on. there's no way they're gonna drop back down, why drop the prices when you still can't keep anything on the shelf as is

    It's everywhere here, 380 is non-existent though.

I check a couple of WalMarts here in the Dallas area. I don't go in as often since I'm pretty well stocked on all calibers and it's been too cold to go shooting as much. Lately I've seen .22 overflowing the shelves. It's mostly Federal Bulk and Rem Golden Bullets, not much CCI stuff.

.40, .357mag, .357sig are quite prevalent, but 9mm and .45 are still hit and miss.

Rifle stuff is slowly starting to come back as well. Plenty of 7.62x39, .223, .30-30 and .30-06 on the shelves, but not much .308

Doesn't really say much when no one knows where "here" is. You want to narrow it down to at least a region of the country?

Northern VA area here. I can find .40 and .45, but stocks pretty thin.

i don't own anything chambered in .223 so i have no idea what it's prices have been

i haven't seen prices coming down much for handgun ammo :dunno:

(and i'm not counting the web sites and stores that price gouged the shit out of everyone, i mean walmart and the good online dealers that didn't try to fuck everyone)

I just bought a case of .380 a couple weeks ago.

prices are coming back down a bit for .223, which I used as my pricing benchmark guideline.

Bass Pro is starting to get bricks in, but you're limited to only one.

I haven't seen a box of 9mm since last summer.

Picked up a brick of 525 Federal for $24.99 at my local sports shop a few days ago. That's about $10 too much but I'm not missing any meals over it

The last 500 rounds .22lr I bought was $17 at Academy here, plenty in stock. Usually goes for $20 though.

.22 is pretty easy to find here, but 9mm is scarce unless you want to pay $15/50 for FMJ. When I say scarce I mean scarce at WalMart prices ($10/50).
