    Mostly Ebay...

    What are you looking for?

WalMart, Staples, Best Buy, Ipod Store, etc... sell cables and accessories too.

I'm gonna check at the places above. I dont' feel like waiting anymore and with the shipping on e-bay it's pretty close to apple costs.

true, shipping usually kills ebay deals on small items. i would suggest the above mentioned as well... just so you dont have to deal with the shipping aspect of anything.

its likely most places will charge around the same price for things. the best you'll find is maybe a few bucks cheaper for a 3rd party cable, rather than an Apple cable. (i havent gotten anything other than the one USB cable that came with my 4G yet... so i cant vouch for those 3rd party ones.)

I picked up a USB cable at best buy and it seems to work great!!!

So is the only way to get the files OFF an IPOD to change how they are viewed in windows explorer.

If you want to get music OFF an Ipod, check out a program called SharePod.

The link I have for it doesn't seem to work right now, but I'm sure a google search will find it for you.
