I have had my iPod for about a good 6 months. Then all of a sudden the other day it stops working. It goes to the apple logo and then it shows a Folder with an exclimation mark. I went to the apple support site and looked for a fix. Nothing worked so far....anyone got any tips. (By the way its the touch wheel).

Um...I would try a reset I guess. Dunno if it'll work or not, but it won't destroy data if it doesn't work so....

Take your firewire cable, plug one end into iPod like normal, other into the AC adapter. Hold down the Menu + Play buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds.

    Good luck.

try connecting it to your computer and looking at the folders on it. try erasing all the mp3's off and see how that does

:werd: that aint right... you probably just got a lemon. Let Apple (or the store you bought from) take care of it before it becomes a potentially bigger problem.
