Too bad, it is not for Canadians.

I actually hope that it goes through and they win.

I didn't read the article but you have to be kidding me.

"Oh no, a product I use almost daily is able to be scratched! I'm suing!"

Does anyone else find this kinda ridiculous?

    Do you people own nano's?

The screen is way too easily scratched. The first day i had the nano i kept it in that little plastic case and it still had scratches on the screen. My brother owns a 3g ipod and it doesn't have this issue. Many of my friends own 4g ipod's and the screens don't do the same. The screen is more scratchable then the other generations, despite being "made of the same poly-corbonate material"

I think some respects of the lawsuit are extreme, but i think this suit definitally has some teeth to it.
