So, I got a new PC that I wanted to use as my main computer to sync my iPhone to. I also had some quirky things going on with my iPhone, so I figured it was a good time to do a restore to factory.

    1. downloaded and installed iTunes.
    2. downloaded all of my apps.
    3. did the restore to factory.
    4. restored the backup which put native apps back to my config (network, pics, sms, etc).
    5. synced music over (had to say it was ok to wipe out my non-existent library on the iPhone since I was syncing to a new PC).

Now, I can sync music just fine, but I can't seem to sync my apps over at all. I went to the application tab on iTunes and I have it set to sync all applications and I even tried specifying certain ones to no avail.

Has anyone run into this issue before?
