    I've never done a log before so here goes...

    CHEST DAY

    skinny faggot on my bench doing faggy forearm curls in front of the heavy weight, so... i started with db incline chest (i never start like this)

    i guess my goals are to hit 315x10 on bench or whatever is equivalent with dumbbells and lose some fat :hs:
    maybe hit 405x10 in squats, i hit my goal in deads 495x5 already

    i normally rest two days after back days, but im going to a wedding this weekend so i wouldnt be able to workout since i wont be in town...

    so i tried doing some chest today LOL

    right now im thinking of leaning out
    my broken left clavicle (nov 2007) is starting to hurt after doing deadlifts and chest workouts so i might take it easier on the chest days now till it doesnt hurt anymore...
    my chest is the weakest :mad:
