    stupid noob question:

how do bench-shirts exactly help with the lift?
is made of some rubber that gives extra power on the push or something?

also locks in your form, supports your benching muscles, etc

If you are gonna order from Inzer, call the order in instead of using their website. Shipping will be cheaper that way.

I've tried a standard blast, but will be using a ehphd once it comes in. Mainly because of the price, not because I can tell the difference between the two or probably any bench shirt for that matter

train alone... i have to explain board presses multiple times every time i break out the wood. theres only one person on the campus that knows about PL and he doesnt train or compete... hes just into the scene. 3-time national champion in throwing, tho

You are gonna need someone to help you put on the shirt unless it's super loose. I got yanked around like crazy when I tried the blast one, and it was a little too big

i'm slowly getting my roommate into the whole scene, although he doesnt agree with shirts and doesnt really understand them. when it comes time for me to get into a shirt I'll have a training partner.

from the end of football season til january he can PL train with me, then he has to switch over to offseason workouts with the team, but he can still lift with me.

Ah, just making sure. I really dont know what I'm talking about for the most part, but I do know that getting that shit on is a bitch. It's even more fun than a squat suit

oh and Tate would be all over this school's (my former) coaches. by the end of offseason monday cosists of 40 reps @ 80% of max on bench and squat on mondays, along with accessory work. then a circut on tuesdays that hits chest twice :ugh2:

When I was in high school, our coach would have us do circuits with the bar on like flat bench, incline, squats, front/side/rear raise combo w/ 5 lbs, and like lat pulldowns. Yes, even the bar on squats.

I graduated high school and couldn't even squat 135 for a single
