    I'll stay on campus till I graduate....and I know the benefits, I have a budy who just moved into Post Biltmore for his last year at Tech.

    post biltmore = leasing, you can't realize real estate benefits/apprecitation of value from leasing (i lived there for a year, first year in college)

    anyways, back to subject- i think i'm going to get these and see how quickly they tear my door jambs up

    Ever try reverse squats on those? I figure they would be great for hamstrings if you're strong enough? Or not feasible?

    It seems feasible but you'd have to be pretty damn strong to pull it off.

    Ya I would assume it wouldnt do anything crazy. Basically stretches out your spine since your always standing on our feet
