Intuitive Eating?

    Just read an article in the newspaper about this diet that a Duke Professor invented. Basically, you eat whatever you want only when your hungry. You dont eat between meals at all, u only eat when your body needs it.

    people are only supposed to eat when they need it and when they are hungry??!?!? why that is blasphemy

    yeah the guy lost like 50lbs within 11 months on it
     
  6. ive started eating constantly, but small bites...basically its like 3 really big meals that i eat very slowly so it becomes one huge constant meal throughout the whole day

    but if it's not dinner time, how will you body know to digest hte food? :dunno:
