What's the value of an AB-10? Are they fun to shoot?
when I bought mine, a few months ago, it was $195. Although technically, mine is a tec-dc9. I bought it mainly because it's hideous looking and had a 50rd mag.
That, and who doesn't want to be thugnificent when they are at the range.
As for shooting, it's okay. obviously nothing great, because it doesn't stick out in my head...although I've only shot about 30 rounds through it, and that was a few months ago.
Should a guy pass on it at $250? Friend's trying to get rid of it. It is unique looking, but it also reminds me of a caulking gun...makes me want to go fix weather stripping or something
I'd have bought mine for 250, mainly because I wanted one. I'm still trying to get another, simply so I can start calling myself two tecs, and tote two tecs.
It's a hard call to make. If you want it, yes, if not, no.
Also, I prefer the look of the DC9 vs the AB10. So if I buy another, it will be another DC9, so they match.
(sorry, HUGE ASS PIC, not feeling like saving it & resizing it)
Looks like a gun store
If it makes Sarah Brady shit her knickers, its worth it.
Bought mine years ago. They are junk. Never fire quite right from the factory. You can modify the mag and the feed ramps and that helps reduce jams allot. Other than that, it's a great cheap fun gun. Picking one up makes you want to scream out "break yo'self foo!"
