I recieved a call back for an interview at the Apple Store by my house next week. I'm pretty confident in getting the job, but does anyone know anything specific that I should be knowledgable about? The job title they offered me was, "Apple Specialist" lol so its definitely not the Genius position. I will be working there over my winter break, as well as applying for the Campus Representative at my school with hopes to get an internship in Cali this summer or next. Anyone have any input?

dont know for sure, but i'd say a good sugestion is to know basic info about the majority of apple's products etc. I know when i go to an apple store i hate it when the person cant help me out.

I doubt you need to have any real knowledge/computer fixing skills to work there considering my experiences with the apple store.

:werd: I know my shit, but I couldn't get in the front door... if you don't rub the interviewer the right way, they don't care what credentials you have :greddy2:

I hope you have money or the internship pays because you aren't living in Cali on minimum wage.
