At what time should I add weight to my lifts? When I stop struggling to do all my reps with the current weight?

You will stop struggling over time so it will be hard for you to notice. Atleast thats how it happens with me. I'd recommend adding weight every possible chance. Add weight, crank out reps and worry about if you can finish your set afterwards. Strength gains are so

yeah my strength gains have been too slow, I probably should have been adding weight more often.

Do you train at home or what? I've been wanting to go take a look at the hyde park gym. On the front it has that huge ripped arm and the windows have one phrase on them, "GET BIG". It sounds like a solid place.

yeah I lift at home right now. I have a 24 hr membership and used to go every day, but my vision is fucked up right now and I can't drive. I may drop my membership tho, since I seem to be ok lifting at home. we'll see.

I used to live near that gym, dunno if it's hardcore or what.
