I'm sure this has been answered already, but I know the forum needs more posts...

I just got rid of my old brick-Ericsson and bought a v600. I didn't get Internet service because I really don't need it (yet). Am I able to use Bluetooth or a wired connection to my PC to download ringtones or send emails without adding Internet service to my phone? TIA

    AT&T (big discounts through work)

No USB cable, but I could buy one. I'm very technically savvy, I just don't know that much about phones these days.

I think I can set up a Bluetooth connection, but I'm wondering if there are browser settings that need to be changed.

you'll have to download the files using your pc, then send them to the phone over the bluetooth connection.
