Who will be celebrating tomorrow by occupying all of the benches with their bro crew?
Sadly, I am.
I almost want to not do hit chest tomorrow just because it's Monday..but it's due.
I had been doing chest sundays and back wednesdays for the last month and half. Every sunday i'm dragging and get a terrible chestday, every monday i'm full of energy and got a phenomenal back day. So i'm switching them, and hopefully will have a month of fantastic chest days.
Every day is national bench day at any college campus gym
Monday is squat day
Bench on Tuesday.

Monday is off day.
deadlifting + light leg stuff and calves... but I'll probably be doing DL's with a BB from a bench since there's only one squat rack at my gym.
got a 240lbs bench which is a PR for me

Nah mate, I'm just going to hang with my broski's, with my towel and bottle on each of the benches while I talk on the phone to some hoe ....
fail gym is fail.
sadly I might be in on this. I might take another day off because of it
it's not so bad... the last couple gyms I went to had 2-3 racks but there was 5x the people there.
Monday is Curls day. Curls for gurls!
---Then I rest for 2 days, then curl day... then fish and rice cakes.
monday is squat day, get it over with.
Its okay my bench sucks too.
